1. Scope and General Provisions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all contracts for participation in courses concluded between the provider and the customers.
(2) Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customers will not be recognized unless their validity has been expressly agreed to.
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) General
All representations on the provider’s website are merely a non-binding invitation for customers to submit offers.
(2) Technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract and the formation of the contract in case of online booking
To make a booking, the customer selects the desired course via the booking tool on the provider’s website. The customer is then guided through the booking process. Each step of the booking process is explained, and the necessary information is requested from the customer.
The booking process is completed when the customer finally clicks on “Weiter zur Zahlung” (“Proceed to Payment”). This constitutes the customer’s offer to conclude a contract.
The provider may accept the customer’s offer within five working days:
- by sending a booking confirmation via e-mail,
- or by requesting payment of the course fee.
With acceptance by the provider, the contract is concluded.
(3) Storage and access to the contract text
The provider stores the contract text and sends the booking data and contractual terms to the customer via e-mail. Access to the contract text stored by the provider is not possible.
(4) Identification and correction of input errors
To identify and prevent input errors during the booking process, the customer is shown a review page before the final booking to check the entered details.
(5) Available languages
The language of the contract is German.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) The prices displayed at the time of booking apply. The stated prices are total prices. VAT is not shown, as the provider is a small business owner.
(2) Payment is made in advance unless another payment method has been expressly agreed upon.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
The provider offers services in the area of leisure activities, which are provided at a specific date or within a specific period. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).
5. Applicable Law
All legal relationships between the parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
